The election of new officers is held at the March meeting with the installation of officers taking place at the June meeting. The Board of Directors consists of a President, Past President, first and second Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, Skirt Twister, two Directors for one year and one Director of two years. The Board is responsible for the execution of Club business, approves all policy and authorizes all expenditures.
The McFarland Lioness Club also has several Standing Committees. The budget for the club is made up every fall by the Finance Committee. After approval by the Board of Directors, it is presented to the general membership for their input.
